IT Compliance Manager (m/f/d)

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and internal IT compliance requirements in the 1st Line in the IT department. Supporting the IT department in building, monitoring and further developing IT compliance processes and implementing necessary concepts, guidelines and work instructions. Implementation of risk analyses, evaluation of IT compliance risks and creation or Coordination of risk assumptions. Accompanying internal and external audits, creating regular compliance reports and active tracking of open deviations. Training, advice and awareness of employees and stakeholders in the IT department on IT compliance requirements and support in incidents and violations.

Knowledge of IT security standards and regulatory requirements, e.g. GDPR, PCI DSS, BSI-KritisV, ISO 27001. Analytical and structured thinking skills with the ability to understand complex facts. High communication and consulting skills in handling IT, compliance, legal and management. Extensive sense of responsibility, strength of enforcement and the ability to advance issues independently. Very good knowledge of German and good English.
