As a technical customer manager (w/m/d) you are a real problem solver and maker! With your know-how in PLC programming, process optimization and technical sales, you are proactively approaching our customers and ensuring real added value. You don't wait for tasks – you see what needs to be done, grab it and implement smart solutions.

Your tasks

• Proactive instead of reactive: You recognize optimization potentials and offer our customers solutions before they become a problem.
• Technical & commercial all-rounder: You enter our customers, initial offers and order confirmations and bring technical understanding.
• SPS Mastermind: You program and optimize our automation solutions (Siemens S7, WinCC) and introduce smart improvements.
• Hands-on mentality: You organize and carry out smaller optimization projects independently.
• Responsibility & freedom of choice: You have the confidence and freedom to do things independently – and you contribute to constantly developing our processes and customer relationships.
• Warranty Cases & Supplier Management: You clarify warranty claims and agree contractual issues with suppliers.

Your profile:

You have a completed technical training and great fun to develop the best solutions together with customers.

You also have the following qualifications

• You have experience in conveying technology and ideally bring practical knowledge from technology (electricians or the like).
• You are a SPS professional (Siemens S7, WinCC) with an eye for automation & process optimization.
• Commercial thinking is just as technical know-how for you.
• You communicate with customers and have fun to deliver real added value.
• You're self-employed, decision-making and have a Macher Mindset.
• Very good English skills for international exchange are of course for you.
