Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

You guide the team of financial accounting professionally and disciplinaryly and continuously develop your employees. You are responsible for the proper financial and asset accounting, the timely creation of the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and the consolidated financial statements according to HGB. You coordinate the financial statements including cooperation with auditors, tax advisors and authorities. Together with the Head of Business and Finance, you develop financial accounting organizationally and processally and drive digitalization measures forward. You optimize accounting processes and the use of our ERP systems and design modern, efficient processes. You work closely with controlling, management and operational areas and ensure smooth cross-cutting cooperation. You are responsible for liquidity planning and management as well as ongoing liquidity management. You actively participate in the operating daily business of financial accounting.

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on accounting or finance, a further education on accounting (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in financial accounting and well-founded knowledge in the preparation of annual accounts according to HGB. leadership experience or the willingness and potential to take responsibility for a team and to develop this value-adding. Ideally experience in the right to use or in the environment of social or publicly funded institutions or bodies of care. Safe handling of ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), as well as very good MS Office skills, especially Excel. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Impressed communication strength, team orientation and sense of responsibility. Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in actively shaping changes.
