• Professional and disciplinary management of the associated employees of the support point in compliance with legal and operational requirements
• Organizing the support point (in particular in the fields of performance, customer relationship, occupational safety, occupational health management, quality management) in compliance with relevant technical specifications
• Designing, standardizing and further developing the structures, work content and workflows in the support point while complying with relevant specifications
• Monitor and analyze the key figures in the area of responsibility and derive the resulting measures
• Planning and monitoring of the allocated budget as well as investment and circulation

What you bring:

• completed academic studies (Master/Diplom with Department of Logistics or BWL) or a comparable degree relevant to the position
• Multiannual leadership experience desirable
• Knowledge about SAP S/4HANA
• good knowledge of change, process and project management
• good knowledge of the logistics system of the Bundeswehr
• a result-oriented, self-responsible way of working and skills to successfully lead a team
• Standby for regular missions, class B licence
