In your role, you are masters of numbers and documents, juggle with analyses and evaluations and are saviors of the phone hotline. They are simply the rock in the fire and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Reception and correspondence: You accept the commercial correspondence via phone and mail Order processing and invoice processing: processing of customer orders starting with the collection of orders, coordination of production and delivery of invoices Material Disposition and Warehouse Management: Planning and Control of Material Demand and Timely Supply of Raw Materials and Goods Main Data Care and Management: Maintaining and Continuous Updating of Central Business Data such as Supplier, Customer and Product Information Preparation of analyses and evaluations: preparation of detailed analyses and reports to support management decisions

Complete vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as a merchant/wife for office management, industrial merchant/wife, merchant/wife for marketing communication, merchant/wife in wholesale and foreign trade or merchant/wife for forwarding and logistics services First practical experience in the commercial sector of advantage Impressed service and service orientation and joy in working with people Openness for new challenges and regional cohesion desirable Care, organizational skills and excellent communication skills complete your profile
