We are a dynamic team of experts and project managers focusing on the digital transformation of HR. We design the HR digitization roadmap for the TÜV Rheinland globally and bear the functional responsibility for our global HR system SAP SuccessFactors. In addition to supporting the introduction of new functionalities, this includes the continuous improvement of our Employee Central core module as well as the support of associated changes in roles and processes. As a Product Owner (w/m/d) for our global staff system SAP SuccessFactors, with a special focus on the module Employee Central and cross-platform platform topics, you ensure uniform use, support and further development of the system in accordance with global HR strategy, processes and standards. You are responsible for the holistic coordination and continuous optimization of the global change request process to improve the processes and functionalities of SuccessFactors, and always have a look at the experience of our employees and executives.
