We are a dynamic team of experts and project managers focusing on the digital transformation of HR. We design the HR digitization roadmap for the TÜV Rheinland globally and bear the functional responsibility for our global HR system SAP SuccessFactors. In addition to supporting the introduction of new functionalities, this includes the continuous improvement of our Employee Central core module as well as the support of associated changes in roles and processes. We offer you the opportunity to design and further develop our HR system functionally, but also technically.

As a Product Owner (w/m/d) for our global staff system SAP SuccessFactors, with a special focus on the module Employee Central and cross-platform platform topics, you ensure uniform use, support and further development of the system in accordance with global HR strategy, processes and standards. You are responsible for the holistic coordination and continuous optimization of the global change request process to improve the processes and functionalities of SuccessFactors, and always have a look at the experience of our employees and executives. Thanks to your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you act as a link and translator* between our HR and HR IT appealers. You combine strategic understanding with technical and technical knowledge. You control and support the global module Design Leads and Regional EC Experts and ensure their exchange. You accompany and advise our stakeholders in the context of global projects around SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.

Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, human resources management, (economic) informatics or comparable areas At least 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC and at least one other module, ideally as Product Owner Active participation, ideally in controlling function, change request processes and release management in the context of SAP SuccessFactors Experience in digitalization and transformation projects, especially in the introduction of standardized processes and/or new HR tools In addition to very good German knowledge, excellent English skills are also absolutely necessary for international coordination with the departments and global societies.
