Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar (MBA is a plus) Over 5 years' experience in Product Management or Commercial role Relevant industry experience (distribution power network, smart grids, distribution automation) Financial analysis Entrepreneurship combined with strategic thinking Leadership and the ability to positively teams influence Good communication skills and abilities to establish and motivate teams in a xfunctional environment Result and solution oriented Very good English and German communication skills International experience Relevant product experience (protection and control)
