At the closest possible time we are looking for an experienced real estate developer (m/w/d), from acquisition, project development to contractor representation for the Leipzig and Dresden region.

Project management of the real estate projects from the acquisition, development, architecture, marketing, ideally to the contractor representation Support of the region of Saxony (especially Leipzig and Dresden) and network care Control of external planners, authorities and external stakeholders Ensuring the qualitative and up-to-date implementation of projects from building permits to guarantee management Creation of market, demand and object strategies

Higher education or technical college degree as an architect, civil engineer or technician or real estate management Multi-year successful project management experience Funded knowledge in the real estate sector, in particular in the fields of project development & realization Representative organizational institution, high social competence and good communication skills Quick conception, high flexibility, reliability, commitment and high resilience
