Technical Project Manager, Construction and Facility Management (m/f/d)

If you need a structured way of working, varied tasks, we will offer you a position as Technical Project Manager (m/w/d) in full time (38,5 hours/week) as of 01.08.2026.

You plan, coordinate and independently monitor projects within the framework of technical maintenance and support colleagues in the implementation of projects at our locations. You independently coordinate and accompany maintenance, maintenance and service work at our locations. These include, inter alia, the order and invoice processing and the appointment management. After a structured incorporation, you take care of our building control technology and are available as a contact person for technical matters. You'll be reading the master files of our objects and performing evaluations in our CAFM software. You continuously evaluate our objects and plants with regard to necessary measures, maintenance and refurbishment requirements, tune them and take the implementation of appropriate measures. You support department and team management in the ongoing evaluation and adaptation of processes and tasks within the department.

You have completed technical training and can use your skills and skills in administrative project and action processing as well as technical processes and relationships. It is a self-sponsored, structured and solution-oriented way of working. Your quick understanding makes it easy for you to incorporate yourself into new technical regulations and operator requirements. You have very good computer skills, especially in the common Microsoft Office applications. Ideally, you already have knowledge of GLT and CAFM programs and project processing. You are an open personality and bring a strong communication, persuasion and team skills. You have a valid class B driving license.
