Full location control: You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of your clients, taxing budgets and results, and creating clarity about priorities, goals and impact. Leadership & Team Development: Through inspiring, clear leadership, you will strengthen a large team of account management and operations. You actively invest in further development, promote potentials and strengthen a culture of coexistence. Excellence in Processes & Performance: You analyse and optimise production and logistics processes, increase efficiency and quality and help your team deliver best performance every day. Customer-oriented partnerships: With a deep understanding of customer needs, you develop long-term B2B and B2C relationships. You represent the location to the outside and create confidence through transparency and liability. Cross-border cooperation: You conduct central functional areas such as customer management, quality management, work safety and facility management and coordinate requirements between accounts, operations and control units. Automation & Innovation: You use modern automation and warehouse management technologies, question the status quo and continuously develop the location through new solutions.

Education & Study: Complete business studies, ideally focusing on logistics or supply chain management. Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the logistics industry, such as location management or key account management. Management competence: Extensive leadership experience with focus on empowerment, team strengthening and a clear, value-adding communication. Expertise: Knowledge of Lean Management, CVP, automation technologies and handling warehouse management systems. Communication: Excellent communication skills and fluent knowledge of German and English in word and writing Soft skills: High customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, openness for change and joy in cooperation.
