Your role Support in developing communication and change strategies and plans in a global IT transformation project
Creation and processing of content for different communication channels and material for training and workshops
Conducting research and analysis to collect relevant information for Communication & Change
Support of the Project Managament Office and coordination of global meetings and workshops
Support in the implementation of change initiatives, collection of feedback and monitoring of progress
We are looking for you for the winter semester 2025/2026 or a start in August/September: Current studies in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communication or comparable and at best to support six months of time
First insights into project and change management, instructional design and theories of adult education desirable
Analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as task management, priority setting and compliance with deadlines
