Implementation of operations in the field of emergency rescue including the care of the entrusted patients

Ensuring regulatory requirements (e.g. carrier specifications)

Implementation and ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. ArbZG, AVR, MPG, RD-G, AMG, Privacy)

Implementation and ensuring compliance with internal requirements (organic books, HB RD, QM, human resources)

Management and classification of personnel (including participation in personnel, absence and deployment planning, verification of working hours, training and training)

Implementation of annual employee talks, such as interim and final discussions

Implementation of occupational safety at the guard

Ensuring staff with personal protective equipment

Monitoring and safeguarding hygiene measures

Car park management/monitoring of the fleet and inspection as well as ensuring the safety of vehicles
