As a specialist (m/w/d) tariff billing for the municipal works, you ensure a precise and timely break for our private and business customers. Through your work, you contribute significantly to customer satisfaction and to the efficiency of our accounting processes, which ultimately strengthens the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers. Your exciting tasks: Implementation of turnus, intermediate and final accounts for private and commercial customers in the roles of network operator, supplier and measuring point operator Control of reading and recording and plausibility of reading results Processing of waste water to ensure a correct and complete settlement Implementation of quality assurance measures, including regular data analysis and maintenance of master data (prices, products, tariffs)

Successfully completed commercial training Ideally experience in the energy industry and customer accounting, including user knowledge in energy-economic IT applications (preferably sluices) Secure MS Office Knowledge Structured and careful work with focus on quality Customer orientation and reliability in meeting appointments Readiness to learn and self-initiative in new topics Problem solving and creative thinking
