In the team I ensure that new and existing employees are continuously trained and prepared for the necessary certifications in the operational system management with contemporary approaches. I would like to pay particular attention to the fact that this remains feasible for colleagues, although the requirements are subject to constant changes. Thanks to my strong media competence, I not only manage to create digital content efficiently, but also according to target groups, and I contribute myself creatively. My tasks I create sophisticated digital content for varied learning, I work on the constant development of concepts and methods against the background of changing technical, social and social Framework conditions, I support and support the engineers to be trained in different situations and also in challenges during education and training, I work with the relevant technical colleagues, external service providers and the 50Hertz Academy across teams.

I have a degree in adult education, Psychology or another subject with relevant professional experience, I bring relevant experiences with training concepts / training concepts in the operational context, I also have several years of experience in the training conception and in the work as a coach*in, I have knowledge of how to use digital learning tools (LMS/LXP), I have a secure handling of PC standard software and author tools, I have very good German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing.
