Your tasks:

• Leadership and motivation of all employees in the customer company.
• Coordination of the entire deployment planning.
• Creating schedules.
• Ensuring the necessary quality of all services.
• Implementation of control procedures and monitoring of safety regulations.
• Contact person on site for customers and authorities with security-relevant questions.
• Reporting and reporting on occurrences and disturbances.

Your profile:

• Master for protection and security is super, at least specialist for protection and security is a must.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the security industry you bring.
• Safe handling of MS Office is self-evident.
• You work independently and are safe.
• You have knowledge of personnel disposition and management.
• You have a strong communication and problem solving capability.
• Dealing with customers and employees is yours.
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing are important, basic knowledge in English is advantageous.
• A driving licence is mandatory.

• Use in day service/shift operation: You work mainly in day service as part of a shift system that ensures the coverage of security tasks with our customers.
