The Windows Server infrastructure (Windows Server 2019/2022/2025) in our data centers as well as in heterogeneous customer environments independently manage and develop Design, build and operate Active Directory structures – incl. Sites & Services, Group Policy and Permission Concepts implement migration projects (e.g. server consolidations, AD migrations, cloud/hybrid connections) Developing standards, architecture guidelines and automation concepts (PowerShell, possibly configuration management tools) for MSP operation Acting as 3rd level support and technical escalation point in complex disruptions in customer environments Creating technical concepts, migration plans and documentation that serve as the basis for customer projects and internal knowledge security Customers expertly advise on server, AD and infrastructure topics, including evaluation of security and compliance requirements (e.g. NIS2) To contribute to the strategic development of the managed service portfolio in the area of Microsoft infrastructure Collaborate closely with the fields of network, security and application operation, as well as, if necessary, initiate junior colleagues in a professional manner

At least five years of relevant professional experience in the administration of complex Windows Server environments, ideally in the MSP or multi-customer environment Deep expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and Directory Service Architectures Found experience with virtualization technologies Experience in infrastructure and migration projects Knowledge in Microsoft 365 / Azure AD as well as hybrid infrastructures are advantageous Understanding network technology (VLANs, routing, firewalls) and IT security principles (e.g. NIS2, backup/DR concepts) Experience in direct customer contact as well as ability to understand technical facts Communication strength, team capacity and willingness to provide technical guidance for other Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1) in word and writing driving licence class B
