Leadership & Team Development: You run the Central Office with personnel, financial and organizational responsibility. In doing so, your team (currently 4 employees) cooperates, promote their individual development and develop the entire area of responsibility strategically. Consulting & Support: In the case of procurement as a cross-sectional office, the central point of contact for all departments of the city administration is the central point of contact. You support and advise competently in the legal preparation of procurement procedures and the examination of offers. In particular, extensive processes are accompanied from the outset. You support legal issues before, during and after the implementation of procedures. You will also participate in negotiations and will be responsible for the handling of complaints by the award procedure. It is also part of your task to continuously track and implement legal innovations if necessary. Digitization & Innovation: You take over the administration of our procurement management system. You actively shape the future by continuously optimizing and developing digital workflows within the administration. It awaits you a versatile and interesting task. The construction, supply and services that are advertised for the entire administration reflect almost the entire range of activities in the administration and provide a detailed insight into the development of the city. The aim is to have a leadership who enjoys legal application and who wants to see and use the further development potential through digitalization in the administration.

You have the capacity to the judges' office and have completed both State Examina at least with the “satisfactory” note. Ideally, you can look back at a minimum of three years of professional experience and/or have sound knowledge in administrative processes. In addition, the following features: Expertise: You ideally bring deeper knowledge of procurement, administrative and construction law. We require the safe handling of modern IT solutions (ideally eVergabe platforms such as RIB). Passion for Law & Innovation: You enjoy the precise legal application and the motivation to understand the digital transformation in administration as an opportunity for process optimization. Personality & working methods: Even under time pressure, you act in a decision-making, independent and targeted manner. You combine sense of responsibility with the ability to conceptually penetrate complex facts and to convey them to the addressee. Integrity: A strong awareness of legal certainty and corruption prevention is obvious to you in this key position.
