The MVZ Martinsried, with its currently approximately 300 employees, has developed into an interdisciplinary medical care center in the over 25 years of its existence, whose portfolio of services comprises, in addition to numerous special analyses from the field of human genetic diagnostics, the complete range of laboratory diagnostics including microbiology and virology and also offers genetic advice.

Since January 2019, the MVZ is part of the Medicover Group, which offers extensive diagnostic services successfully in Germany and abroad. In Germany, numerous special analyses from the field of human genetic diagnostics, as well as the classical laboratory diagnostics for patients, are carried out at more than 40 locations. More than 44,000 employees have already worked worldwide: in 18 countries in clinics, practices, blood collection centres, laboratories and supportive areas, all of which have one thing in common: to make the passion for good medicine.

You process incoming calls and support our customers: in your friendly way. The expansion of the business relationship with existing and new customers: you actively support through regular contacts. In our CRM system, you can update and update the customer master files and document the customer interactions. You can ensure compliance with corporate policies and quality standards with your colleagues. To solve customer concerns, you work with colleagues from other departments. In the processing, creation and planning of offers, projects, mailings and events, you support our sales team.

You have a training in the medical, scientific or commercial field with a corresponding background: MFA, TMFA, doctoral helper:in, veterinarian helper:in, MTLA, BTA, specialist:in health care, B.Sc. Biology/Natural Sciences, cross-comers:in e.g. from care. You enjoy a varied activity in the team, you like to phone and are a friendly person with a high customer orientation. A safe handling of the common software (CRM systems) is of course for you. You have certain knowledge of German and English.
