Senior Expert Offensive Security & Incident Response (m/f/d)

Professional management and development of group-wide capabilities in the field of Open Security, Incident Response and technical cyber defense in an international banking environment Analysis, assessment and monitoring of complex IT security incidents including technical causes analysis, attack assessment and derivation of effective countermeasures Support for technical security assessments, penetration tests, Red team-related activities as well as evaluation of real attack paths and vulnerabilities in heterogeneous IT landscapes Sparring partners for security operations, infrastructure, network, cloud and platform teams in safety-critical issues and acute security incidents Assessment of current threats, modern attack techniques and new routes of attack, including AI based attack methods, and derivation of pragmatic protection and curing measures Supporting forensic analyses and supporting the technical and organizational control of security incidents and crisis situations in complex multi-provider environments The role combines deep technical security expertise with operational incident control in an internationally shaped IT landscape from modern and grown technologies

Multiannual Practical Experience in Penetration Testing, Offensive Security, Incident Response, Cyber Defense or Technical IT Security Very good technical understanding of modern attack techniques, network security, active Directory, operating systems, cloud and infrastructure technologies as well as typical attacker tactics Ability to quickly analyze, classify, and derive effective measures, technical attack patterns, weaknesses and security incidents Experience in dealing with complex and heterogeneous Enterprise IT landscapes as well as ability to assess safety risks pragmatically and realistically Experience in dealing with complex security incidents as well as ability to act structured and resilient even under high time and decision pressure High technical curiosity, pronounced hand-on mentality and ability to quickly work into new technologies, methods of attack and technical contexts Experience in the international environment and knowledge of English in word and writing
