Shift Supervisor Kitting & Packaging – Two-Shift Operation (m/f/d)

Your task – building and guiding a new structure As part of the further development of our production organization, we are introducing the Shift Manager Kitting, Packaging and Filling function for the first time. In this role, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of your shift and contribute significantly to the stability, performance and sustainable development of the area. Up to 20 employees are currently directing each shift and actively designing clear leadership and work structures. Your tasks Discipline and professional leadership of employees of your shift (up to 20 MA) Creation and control of personnel and shift plans Ensuring timely, cost-conscious and high-quality production in the field of kitting and packaging Implementation of an effective shopfloor management (e.g. daily voting, key figures, action tracking) Controlling productivity and achieving agreed performance and efficiency targets Ensuring stability, order and sustainable processes in daily business Active cooperation in the standardization of processes and continuous improvement Close cooperation with adjacent areas (e.g. planning, logistics, quality, maintenance) Model function in terms of occupational safety, quality and disciplined work

Complete technical or commercial training, ideally with further training to master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a production environment, ideally in kitting, packaging or assembly First to several years of experience in the management of employees, including shift and personnel deployment planning Extensive sense of responsibility for appointments, costs, quality and achievement Structured, solution-oriented and high-reaction working methods Clear, respectful leadership style with enforcement capability High presence on the area and affinity for shopfloor management Secure handling of common IT systems (e.g. MS Office); SAP knowledge of advantage)
