Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for the field of urban planning indefinite; Full time 39.0 hours/week; EC 11

The employment relationship is governed by the provisions of the public service collective agreement - TVöD. The monthly gross salary is, depending on the relevant professional experience in the EC, 11 TVöD from 4.153.35 Euro to 6.154,45 Euro gross in stages 1 - 6.

Installation of construction plans including project management and process control in cooperation with the administration Placements, such as design kits and conservation kits Development of informal planning and concepts such as the establishment of urban design, urban development plans, urban image analyses, feasibility studies and action plans Participation in the development of action strategies to achieve urban goals Coordination and consulting of commissioned urban planning offices and specialist planners Technical support for urban reconstruction projects and projects of urban development and other support measures Urban assessment of projects and projects (in cooperation with the granting of public agreement) Preparation and implementation of urban planning competitions Preparation of decision-making templates related to urban development projects and planning for self-government and political bodies Granting of planning information during the preparation of urban projects and planning as well as carrying out information events Deputy Head of Department of Urban Planning

Complete studies as an engineer/in diploma/master in the field of architecture/urban planning/space planning or equivalent skills and experience Reliability, flexibility, resilience, creativity Knowledge in urban planning and urban planning Very good knowledge of building and planning law Multiannual relevant professional experience in urban planning are advantageous Professional experience in a local administration is advantageous English C1 level
