Conception and control of a holistic change and communication strategy along the transformation roadmap Control and monitoring of change processes in an international environment Development and implementation of target group-specific change and communication formats (e.g. newsletters, communities, trainings, events) Proactive management of stakeholders and close cooperation with departments, global functions, IT and management Completion of the organisation for the sustainable implementation of change initiatives (e.g. through training, coaching, enablement formats) Implementation of Change Impact Analyses and Change Readiness Assessments as well as derivation and implementation of targeted measures to support affected areas and promote the organisation's readiness to change Definition, monitoring and continuous development of relevant KPIs for success measurement

Successfully completed studies or comparable vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. economics, communication sciences, psychology) Multiannual, relevant professional experience in change management, in particular with the support of complex transformations in international contexts Good understanding of business models as well as the ability to align change measures targeted at senior business objectives expressed consulting and communication strength and high self-initiative; safe, convincing and powerful appearance up to management level Ability to convey complex facts clearly, structured and targeted High interest in innovative technologies and creative solutions Embossed hand-on mentality combined with strong team orientation and high implementation strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci) of advantage
