Project Manager TGA - Renovation / Facility Management (m/f/d)

You plan, award, control and accept services in technical building management You support projects from refurbishment to modernization of existing housing You keep budgets at a glance, release invoices and check warranty claims You enter existing apartments on site and carry out external appointments You control maintenance and traffic safety partners, develop insurance damage and develop maintenance and modernization concepts

You have completed a crafts/technical training, completed technician/master training or a technical study You have 4 years of experience in technical building management and expertise in building equipment, renovation and modernisation of existing properties You always keep an overview of different projects through a structured way of working and coordinate their timely completion You are characterized by pronounced organizational talent, team skills and flexibility You have a class B driving licence
