Project Management / Electrical Engineering Specialist (m/f/d)

(support of) commissioning of building control systems with measuring and control devices Control of performance, quality, costs and appointments of post-contractors, taking into account the rest of the trades Coordination with customers, project management, sales, service, engineering and subcontractors – binding, solution-oriented and with safe occurrence on site Preparation and implementation of acceptances and participation in defect tracking, documentation and follow-up of open points Revision of plant schemes based on experience from commissioning, construction site and customer agreement Participation in post-contractor negotiations, commissioning of required subcontractors and claim and change management in coordination with project management and sales In summary: Responsible task at the interface between project management, customers, subcontractors, service, engineering and sales Varied activities between technical commissioning, project coordination, site coordination, quality assurance and documentation Possibility to introduce construction site and customer experience directly into processes, standards, plant schemes and the economic project processing

Complete training as an electrical engineerin, electronic engineerin, mechatronicin, masterin, technician*in o.A., ideally with a focus on building or electrical engineering Practical experience in building control technology and/or commissioning of electrotechnical systems of advantage; dedicated professionals welcome First experience in project management, in building site coordination or in cooperation with entrepreneurs desirable Understanding building, electrical, HVAC and refrigeration technology and ideally basic knowledge of CAD, plant schemes, BACnet, Modbus or SPS Secure handling of MS Office and collaboration software Very good German and solid English in word and writing as well as pleasure in customer and team-oriented communication Structured working, quality awareness and hands-on mentality readiness for regular customer operations on site (from Monday to Friday) Why this position can fit you particularly well This position fits you if you want to connect technology, customer contact and project responsibility.
