Account Manager (m/w/d) - Marketing Your mission You are the first contact if someone is interested in our software. No call center, no “we’re reporting” – but someone who immediately understands what it is about and brings the topic to the point. You do not have to be IT specialist or software specialist. Much more important is that you like to talk to people, listen well and find out with the right questions about what the interested party is about. While others are still sorting, you have already arranged, prioritized and made the next steps clear. This creates a cleanly qualified lead from a simple request and often the start of a new customer relationship. You give interested parties a clear insight into our software solutions for craft businesses and create the basis for a real customer from a request. You are therefore not a “leader”, but a decisive part of the whole: You keep the store in front of you, making sure that nothing is lost. At the same time, you provide valuable insights into how our marketing measures are coming from our target groups. And if it's all going round, you know, that's exactly what you're doing. .
