Then we will look for you to build our new project in the 1st level support for climate-neutral energy systems for private customers: You deal with commercial requests, such as bills, contracts, orders. You answer questions about the product portfolio and help with clarification by email (about 75%) and by phone (about 25%). You contribute to the analysis of hardware and software errors, assist in operation and setup, and help solve the problem quickly. The coordination of technician appointments also falls within your task to ensure smooth maintenance and installation work.
