Commercial Project Manager / Project Manager Real Estate Projects (m/f/d)

Our client is responsible for demanding construction and real estate projects - from the new building to renovations to long-term inventory management. The portfolio includes versatile properties such as residential and office buildings and exclusive architectural projects.

As part of the further development, we are exclusively looking for a project manager (m/w/d), who is advising and strategically accompanies demanding real estate projects over all phases of the project. Its area of responsibility includes the economic management and support of new construction, renovation and modernization projects. You work closely with real estate management, technical project management, facility management and other internal and external partners and ensure efficient commercial planning, control and coordination of projects.

Total commercial management of new construction and renovation measures in coordination with the technical project management Central interface between real estate management, construction, facility management, external service providers as well as other internal and external stakeholders Economic control of project-related budgets incl. Forecasting, midflow planning and support for ongoing project cost control Assessment and commercial classification of changes, yields and risks during the project and active participation in the management Ensuring structured project transparency and preparation of decision-relevant information for management

Completed degree in real estate management, economic engineering, economics or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction, real estate or project management with interface or project responsibility Strong project management understanding as well as experience in controlling complex construction, renovation or commissioning projects Secure understanding of economic project relationships, budget management and co-ordinative interface work Communication strength, organizational talent, strategic thinking as well as a structured and independent way of working
