We are looking for a team leader (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for one of our customers in the Koblenz area: Take over the technical responsibility for the team in the field of process mechanics within the assigned layer in injection moulding production Temporary takeover of the tasks of the shift manager in his absence Active participation of personnel development as well as organisation of staff operations (personal planning) Planning and implementation of setup processes taking into account quality standards and time requirements Ensuring fast and high-quality troubleshooting in the production process Responsibility for compliance with safety requirements and the timely elimination of identified safety risks Technical support for technical and organizational questions for team members and executives

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of procedural mechanics or a comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in the plastics processing industry, ideally with first experience in managing teams Safe handling of common PC applications Embossed technical understanding and a structured and team-oriented way of working Communication strength paired with a safe occurrence, enforcing ability and a solution-oriented approach to conflicts Willingness to work in shiftwork
