Product Owner SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll (m/f/d)

You support the transformation towards standardized and scalable HR processes and strengthen the automation where it offers real added value. In addition, you take requirements, structure them in feasible requirements and prioritize them according to benefits, risk and effort. You are responsible for the professional development of EC and ECP along clear goals such as stability, efficiency and user-friendliness and accompany the implementation to the operation. Furthermore, you shape change and release processes in a practical way by controlling changes from the idea to the introduction, planning acceptance tests and evaluating new features in terms of their payroll impact. Your collaboration also shows that you enable HR teams through coaching, training and standards, support the Skill shift to SuccessFactors and secure the connection between technicality, technology and operation.

Your qualification is shown in a completed degree at Master level in BWL, Business Informatics or a comparable field. In addition, you bring experience in SAP projects or HR‐IT transformations, ideally in the context of SuccessFactors EC and ECP. You have a very good understanding of HR and Payroll processes as well as data logic and quality assurance. Your work is structured and independent. Furthermore, you are convinced by pronounced communication strength, secure stakeholder management and the ability to make complex content understandable.
