Project management for the global introduction of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central, Recruiting and Performance Management across the entire implementation cycle – in close cooperation with the subproject managers as well as the global HR and business stakeholders Close cooperation with IT in the planning, implementation and integration of the HR system solution, in particular with regard to system architecture, interfaces, permissions, data migration and operating model Support for change management as part of system implementation, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning and support of relevant HR, IT and business stakeholders Recording and translation of professional HR requirements in functional implementation concepts and participation in the definition of the global HR system architecture and the future operating model Coordination of external implementation and consulting partners and ensuring compliance with quality, appointment and budget requirements

Detectional experience in managing HR IT projects, ideally in the context of SAP SuccessFactors, or multi-year practical experience in project management of complex IT and/or Transformation projects Multiannual professional experience in HR, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment Experience in HR process management and in the optimization, standardization and digitization of HR processes Secure understanding of HR system landscapes and cooperation between HR, IT, departments and external implementation partners Excellent communication strength, presentation and training skills as well as very good stakeholder management High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and analytical thinking, as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working Very good English skills in word and writing
