Development Program Head of Industrial Engineering (m/f/d)

Direct entry into operating technology: You start in the middle of everyday technical life and work closely with the technical management. You will get to know our systems, processes and challenges from scratch – directly on the machine, not from the desk. Maintenance & plant availability: You support the maintenance, fault analysis and troubleshooting of our production facilities. The aim is to ensure the availability of our technology in a sustainable manner and to minimize standstills. Process optimization in the technical environment: Together with the technical management, you analyze existing processes, identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements directly – pragmatically and effectively. Coordination & control: You participate in the planning of maintenance and maintenance measures and gain insight into the management of technical processes as well as into cooperation with production and external service providers. Leadership responsibility step by step: In the course of the program, you take first responsibility in the day-to-day business, coordinate smaller teams or missions and continuously develop towards leadership. Targeted further development: Through practical trainings, workshops and close support of experienced managers, you will be systematically prepared for a later role as a technology manager.

You can already present a degree as a technician, master, specialist or a degree in mechanical engineering.
