Graduated academic degree in the Department of Administration Management, Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or comparable discipline comprehensive experience in collective bargaining, labour and public service law deeper user knowledge and experience in SAP HCM – preferably in the PT and ESS module – as well as MS Office Experience in project work and with tools of personnel deployment planning/time management multiannual professional experience in human resources Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation High resilience, determination and readiness Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action
