Your duties Independent support and management of our patent, brand and design portfolio Monitoring and coordination of deadlines, formalities and administrative procedures in the national and international environment Correspondence with developers and external patent attorneys, service providers and, if necessary, Patent offices Maintaining and developing the IP database and ensuring high data quality Creation of evaluations, reports and management overviews Support for patent applications, portfolio analyses and due diligence projects Contact person for organizational and administrative questions in the field of intellectual property Identification and implementation of improvements in existing processes and systems

Your qualification Successfully completed training or studies, for example as a patent attorney specialist, lawyer specialist, paralegal or comparable qualification Professional experience in intellectual property, patents, trademarks or industrial property Very good organizational skills and high affinity for structured work Secure handling of MS Office and IP management software Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
