IT controller focus on SAP (m/f/d)

You are the first respondent when it comes to creating the annual IT. Budget planning and forecasts (OPEX & CAPEX) go and support IT management in investment and business case decisions. You take over the analysis and further development of the IT community cost structures as well as the control of cost centers, cost centers and internal accounting keys. You take care of the monitoring of budget deviations, perform sound deviation analyses and derive concrete measures as well as strategic optimization potentials. In your position, you develop the IT service catalog, including price and performance calculation, and build a transparent IT calculation logic (TCO/ROI) and plead it. You are also responsible for carrying out economic analysis and benchmarking. Last but not least, you will develop and advise KPI dashboards to control ITperformance and efficiency and create regular reports for management, CIO and specialist departments. In addition, you will participate in the further development of IT controlling processes, optimierst reporting systems (e.g. SAP SAC, ServiceNow) and assist in standardizing tools and data sources in the IT controller.

Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or comparable training. Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in the IT or technology environment, as well as in the analysis and further development of controlling processes in the SAP context. Funded SAP knowledge, in particular in Finance (FI/CO), Controlling (cost points, internal orders, PSP, overhead cost control, margin analysis). Secure handling of SAP master data (e.g. cost centers, profit center, performance types) as well as experience with SAP Analytics Cloud. Very good knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Excel) as well as a good understanding of IT structures, IT service management (ITIL) and IT cost logics.
