STRATEGIC PROJECTS EXPERT (m/f/d)

You support the content of the P&C strategy development and contribute your expertise to strategic planning. You design, implement and manage an efficient multi-project management that coordinates and secures ongoing and future P&C projects. You tune content and schedules with all project stakeholders and monitor the management and monitoring of the projects. You create project documentation, controlling reports and presentations and prepare data to derive strategic action recommendations. You identify potential for improvement and digitization in the P&C processes, implement suitable measures and take on quality and risk management. You organize and moderate workshops and project meetings by agile methods and develop target-group-oriented P&C communication measures in coordination with the P&C leadership. You design, plan and implement employee surveys, take action and create creative content and campaigns for online and offline channels.

You have a degree, preferably in economic, social or humanities. You have several years of professional experience in project management and have successfully managed projects from planning to completion. You control the task definition, time and resource planning, and monitoring of budgets and milestones. You communicate clearly and convincingly with all stakeholders and moderate workshops and meetings by agile or classic methods. You will start meaningful project reports, controlling and presentation documents, and then guide strategic recommendations for action. You continuously recognise optimization and digitization potentials in project and process processes and initiate corresponding improvement measures. You work structured, solution-oriented and independent, bring team and enforcement skills together and enjoy successfully completing projects
