• Together with your colleagues, you install, configure and handle various types of equipment that we supply to our customers.
• In doing so, you analyse customer-side enquiries on your own and then make yourself a joint solution in the team.
• In this context, you also support our customers in IT support, where you answer specialist questions and offer first solutions for various IT challenges.
• What cases does your team take? For what questions do we need specialist colleagues? With your assessments on customer enquiries, you can help us with professional escalation management.
• You like to travel by car and regularly drive locations in North Rhine-Westphalia, from and to Germany.

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Complete technical training, e.g. for IT system electronics:in or as an alternative specialist or related activity
• First experience in the rollout of IT hardware, IT support and ticket processing
• Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• readiness to travel (mainly NRW region, partly also throughout Germany); Driving licence class B/BE (3)
• Personally, we especially like your reliability, customer-friendly communication and your willingness to deal with customer challenges.
