Manager IT Governance - IT-Compliance / DORA (m/f/d)

You bundle and structure all governance issues You translate these into concrete, usable requirements You build lean, working processes on You work with BUILD and RUN You moderate the implementation of regulatory requirements, including DORA You accompany audits as part of your role and design service processes such as incident, change and access

You have at least 3–5 years of experience in IT governance, IT compliance, IT disk or IT-related roles such as service management, security or audit environment You have a basic understanding of Security, IAM and common IT processes such as Incident, Change and Access Ideally you have first contact with regulators such as DORA and/or standards such as ITIL, ISO 27001 or COBIT You work pragmatic, solution-oriented and hands-on and bring topics into implementation You have very good communication and moderation capabilities, can translate, structure and pick up stakeholders You speak German (C2) and good English (at least B2)
