Telephone support of our customers and field staff Service and repair of technical equipment for the eye-optical workshop and optical instruments Preparation of equipment for delivery by our external service colleagues Testing new software and communication with manufacturers for error analysis

You preferably have a technical and/or optical design You bring 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the optical industry You have good communicative skills and enforcement skills You are customer and service oriented and have paired the technical understanding with service experience and a curiosity for technical devices You work independently, solution-oriented, always act cost-consciously, result-oriented with a well-defined team capability Safe handling of MS-Office applications and experience in handling ERP systems is familiar to you Good knowledge of English in word and writing are advantageous
