Project Manager with a focus on change management (m/w/d)

You are part of the Culture team and proactively promote the cultural transformation of the entire Düsseldorf network society. For this purpose, you are actively promoting cultural impetus and developing the strategy in the team. You support the cultural transformation, among other things, within organizational and digitization projects, both in the design and implementation of change and communication measures. You plan, create and moderate change measures, such as retrospectives with project leaders and employees, taking into account current methods and procedures. You support executives, project leaders and employees in the necessary capacity building for cultural and digital transformation (e.g. basic change management and agile working). You will always learn about new developments, trends, working methods and methods in change management and take them to the Düsseldorf network company.

You have completed your studies (Diplom/Master) in economics, psychology or social sciences with the focus on change management/personal and organizational development or skills and experience acquired in comparable activities. You have very good knowledge of current change management methods and have extensive know-how in the field of change communication. You have very good experiences and knowledge in the implementation of transformation processes, especially in digitization and organizational projects. You have very good and clear communication, an empirical appearance at all hierarchy levels, have a structured, targeted and independent way of working, creativity in solving challenges and has high conceptual and organizational competence. You ideally have know-how in the field of systemic coching / systemic organizational development.
