You take over the overall responsibility for the institution and create a leadership culture that is characterised by appreciation, clarity, commitment and respectful cooperation. You lead and develop the multi-professional team, give orientation and provide clear responsibilities. In doing so, you listen, take different perspectives and promote a trusting cooperation. You design change processes with empathy and consequence, address action needs openly and clearly and establish reliable processes and transparent decision-making procedures together with the employees. You develop the educational concepts and the technical work of the institution and, together with the team, ensure a high quality of support and support. In doing so, you strengthen the self-determination and participation of residents and at the same time ensure compliance with legal requirements as well as economic control. You also act sovereignly and solution-oriented in conflict and crisis situations and make clear decisions. With a completed study, for example in social work or care management, you have a well-founded technical basis. You bring multi-year leadership experience in the social economy, ideally in integration aid and understand leadership as a combination of clarity, commitment and empathy. You have well-founded business knowledge and understand how to develop the facility economically through predictive budget planning and key-number-based control. You align your actions with the individual needs of the residents and are committed to a pedagogical work that promotes self-determination, personal development and social participation.
