Your tasks in detail First point of contact for customers in a situation that is usually unusual and stressful for them. Inclusion of new Kasko damage (telephone, written in our IT system/Schadensystem) and further organisation and control (e.g. the initiation of necessary emergency measures). Recording and processing of weather damage. Examination and decision on insurance and coverage in damage regulation. Active damage management and placement to partner companies. Careful examination and processing of submitted documents such as expert reports, cost proposals and invoices.
