(Junior) Risk Controlling Consultant (part-time) (m/f/d)

Responsibility for risk controlling: You take first responsibility for individual subject areas, taking into account set priorities. As a central contact person within the SocialBank, the professional quality, consistency and further development is safe. Designing methods, models and regulatory systems: You are involved in the design and optimization of corresponding models and procedures and ensure the supervisory compliance of data, processes and associated documentation obligations. You always keep in mind regulatory requirements and ensure their practical implementation. Contribute to bank management: You support the development of risk-bearing capacity accounting, stress tests and risk inventory. In addition, you participate in the preparation of the business and risk report and accompany the structured processing of audit findings. Promoting strategic topics and projects: You take over transfer tasks from strategically and organizationally relevant topics and accompany projects independently from analysis to conception to implementation. Within the team you support each other in organizational topics.

You have a completed degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable qualification – ideally with a focus on controlling or finance. First experience in the banking environment: You have already gained practical experience in finance and controlling, preferably in a bank or in the advice of banks. Analytical and methodological strength: You research safely, analyze complex facts structured and prepare them in presentations and decision-making bases. Technical competence: You have very good MS Office skills; ideally you have already worked with VR Control. Structured working and personal maturity: You are characterized by curiosity, initiative and reliability. Even with demanding questions, you work carefully, resiliently and solution-oriented. Communication and design capability: You address challenges openly, think networked and actively engage in cooperation with different contacts.
