The Facility Management (FM) at DLR is a senior contact point for all FM topics in the West region.

Our goal at DLR's Technical Facility Management (TFM) is to find and successfully implement tailor-made solutions for buildings and technical facilities of scientific and experimental research. Your tasks For the West region, at the Jülich site, you take over the building management, project control and controlling of construction measures – for the building technology department. In compliance with all public law regulations and building guidelines, you take the task of building contractors and monitor the planning and execution according to the performance phases 1 – 9 according to HOAI.
