Establishment, maintenance and further development of a holistic OT-asset inventory as a central foundation for IT/OT security as well as the establishment and maintenance of a central asset register and participation in existing CMDB and IT service management processes Definition, introduction and development of governance structures for asset management in the OT environment, including guidelines, standards, role models and accountability models to ensure transparent and sustainable processes Planning, coordination and implementation of system recordings, inventory measures and asset acquisitions in close cooperation with departments, production and maintenance, taking into account the availability, operation and safety requirements of productive plants Analysis and assessment of asset data for the identification of critical systems, safety risks and potential for improvement, as well as the creation of meaningful reports, management documents and key figures for the measurement of coverage levels, risks and progress Participation in the establishment of safety-relevant foundations in the OT environment, in particular for weak point management, patch management and incident response, and support in the further development of OT security architecture and related processes

Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business information technology or automation technology a comparable qualification as well as multiannual professional experience in the IT or OT security environment, ideally with sound knowledge in both areas; In addition to an analytical and structured way of working, a high self-initiative, a pronounced communication strength, a joy in the creation of transparency and sustainable structures in complex environments, as well as the ability to use production sites experience with industrial networks, OT systems, production environments or technical infrastructures, as well as sound knowledge in asset management, configuration management, inventory or CMDB-related processes; ideally connected with experience in planning and implementing projects, cooperation with external service providers and coordination of interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders Good understanding of IT/OT security requirements, regulatory requirements and established standards such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection; Knowledge of current regulatory requirements, for example NIS2, are advantageous Practice in the analysis of complex system landscapes and in the construction of structured processes and governance models Knowledge of how to use OT-monitoring and asset-discovery solutions (e.g. Claroty, Nozomi Networks, Tenable OT or Armis) is advantageous, in particular in the field of passive discovery processes in production environments
