As a construction manager, you take responsibility for our nationwide large projects. You ensure a smooth operation in compliance with cost, appointment, technical and legal requirements.

Chemnitz | Full time | IL_CH_51063 Coordination of subcontractors and their own assembly staff and personnel and material disposition Organisation and participation in building site meetings and visits as well as management of the building journal Creation of dimensions, isometry and documentation Preparation of billing Care and development of existing customer relationships Ensuring appointments and quality in order processing Compliance with requirements for safety, health and environmental protection (SGU)

Completed training in the technical/handicraft sector Experience in the construction management and/or operational project management of large projects desired Knowledge of technical distribution of advantage Embossed cost awareness, sales affinity and communicative strength Independent, reliable and solution-oriented mode of operation Pleasant, open minded personality with team spirit Experience in the leadership of construction sites incl. Personnel responsibility Class B driving licence
