So your (future) day looks:

• You receive and attend our guests in the spa area
• As a “welcome expert” you advise our guests professionally in the selection of spa and fitness offers, as well as treatments
• You offer our guests an extensive range of massages and treatments
• You can ideally offer cosmetic applications
• You accept reservations and take care of schedule
• You will process requests and complaints from our guests
• You check and care for the spa spaces
• You'll be happy to get the billing of the booked spa services

We wish you:

• You have a completed training for massage therapists (m/w/d) and/or cosmetics (m/w/d)
• You already have well-founded professional experience in a comparable position
• You will have experiences in mani and pedicure (no need)
• You have a pronounced degree of communication skills and a sympathetic radiance
• You have high quality standards
• You have a friendly and accommodating appearance
• You communicate in German and English (in word and writing) with our international guests and the team
• You can be used flexibly as a therapist and at our reception
• Shiftwork and work on weekends is not a problem for you
