Senior Account Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Ehningen

Within our Group Law team in the Holding, you process civil and corporate issues in an international environment. Your tasks include: Interface function between the central legal department of the holding company and our branches and external consultants abroad Examination and design of German- and English-language contracts as well as claims from warranty and liability law Support for extrajudicial and judicial dunning and collection proceedings and enforcement of titles Preparation of fonts and correspondence with courts and authorities Registration of insolvency claims and supervision of insolvency proceedings Legal advice of departments

You have completed your first legal state exam or a corresponding university degree You have already gained deeper insights into foreign legal regulations and are interested in working in new legal regulations. You have excellent knowledge of English and at least good knowledge of French and ideally have other foreign language skills You have professional experience with knowledge in the described tasks You are capable of solution-oriented thinking and acting You are characterized by their own initiative, team capacity, enforcement strength and a careful working method You have readiness to travel Negotiating skills and resilience complete your profile
