As a home technician HKL focus on ventilation in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, you ensure that technical systems run reliably and faults are quickly eliminated. The focus is on the maintenance of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems in daily operation.

• You carry out maintenance, inspections and maintenance work on domestic installations.
• Disorders you recognize early, limit the cause and take over the professional troubleshoot as well as repair.
• For safety and functional testing, make sure that the systems work reliably and in compliance with the rules.
• You accompany the installation of plants and introduce users or operators to the service.
• Documentation work is part of this: You collect your bets, keep reports and provide technical documentation.
• The transfer of information to computer systems as well as the updating of system data can also be part of your work.
• In everyday life, you work on ventilation systems, but you also support heating, sanitary and refrigeration systems, depending on the application.

We are looking for

For this role, you fit well if you have technical understanding and have already gained experience in HKL or in building technology. A safe handling of technical equipment, a precise working style and pleasure in practical work on site are important.

• Complete vocational training as a plant mechanic for heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation or as a central heating and ventilation manufacturer.
• Multiannual professional experience, ideally in the field of maintenance, maintenance or operation of industrial plants.
• practice in the care of heating systems, sanitary facilities, ventilation systems and, if possible, also refrigeration systems.
• routine in maintenance work, troubleshooting, repairs and installation of technical equipment.
• knowledge of documentation work and safe handling of technical documents.
• Class B driver's license and the willingness to take on the spot in Leinfelden-Echterdingen and the surrounding area.
• G20 and G25 as well as VDI 6022 are advantageous or relevant for use.
• Working time and shift models are based on the respective operational requirements and are adapted in use.
