Active design and implementation of the production digitization of the site Identification of digitization potentials and roadmap planning Conducting implementation and transformation projects in the context of production digitization Analysis of production processes with regard to the digitalization potentials and adaptation of processes into the MES Function as KeyUser for MES HYDRA at location Creation of rollout, security, change, communication and training concepts including coordination of the measures derived therefrom Ensuring an IT-compliant operation, e.g. in the fields of IT-Demand, IT-Security, documentation, change management Close coordination with the central IT department Contact person for multi-level digitalization projects and programs

Successfully completed studies focusing on business informatics, computer science, economic engineering or manufacturing technologies or a comparable qualification Professional experience as digitalization engineerin, manufacturing digitalization engineer, MES Specialist, process engineerin, manufacturing engineer*in, IT manufacturing engineer or similar Experience in the development and implementation of digital solutions, preferably in the production environment Knowledge of production technology, process design and lean management desirable Ideally knowledge of IT architectures, software configuration, SQL databases, ERP and/or MES software High analytical capability, as well as a structured and result-oriented method Impressed communication and presentation strength combined with team spirit and social competence German language skills and fluent English language skills
