a new department to be established with 10 project managers for infrastructure projects with clear customer focus on the DUV and WIO production areas, professionally and disciplinaryly as well as on SMT-B.

take a visible leadership role in a leading management team and communicate with production, business and development leaders as well as the SBI Real Estate Management at eye level. The internal resource planning of the projects is responsible and coordinated with customers and specialist departments.

in the project business to keep all strategic threads together with regard to costs, appointments and performance. In interdisciplinary teams from production (CLP), development (OV / MV) and FoB (CL, PM) manage the projects with competence and vision and make necessary decisions through professional stakeholder management

develop the subject-specific requirements for flexible and future-oriented construction projects and are responsible for the creation of digital specifications and media stamps. In the project implementation, identify time delays and excesses of construction costs and initiate countermeasures.

are responsible for the construction investment as Invest-Bundle-Owner, coordinate with the commercial directors and bring them to the necessary management releases. In doing so, sharpen cost awareness in the teams as well as optimize external project management and specialist planning costs.

build a professional multi-project management with a performance key (KPIs) based reporting for appointments and costs. Through joint “Bau-SteeCos” lead a focus-oriented performance dialogue and give the right leadership impulses to a motivated and competent project manager team.

in the projects are looking for active shoulder closure with the SBI-R management and their project managers.

as a Leadership-Role-Model, the cross-border cooperation in “SBI-SMT Tandems” according to ZEISS values is underway and escalations quickly and problem-oriented in the change process in construction projects.

a successfully completed technical university degree with a focus on production planning, mechanical engineering or engineering, ideally with additional commercial qualification

at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally 3 years of staff management and experience in the professional responsibility of large projects with high management visibility.

excellent expertise in the planning of industrial infrastructure projects, multi-project management and building infrastructure in the high-tech production environment

an entrepreneurial thinking and working method, coupled with solution creativity and readiness

a high level of communication strength and personal leadership, profession and routine in stakeholder management as well as above-average team and conflictability
